Rachel Russell

Rachel Russell (or Aunty Rachel as she is known) is the founder of Full Quiver Services Ltd. She sits as the Visionary on the Board of Directors and spearheads the strategic direction of the company.

She has a passion for development, excellence and service and has utilize these characteristics in the development of the curriculum at the Academy and ensures the success of the end product. It is her mission to develop future leaders that we can trust, emulate and follow.

Sean Russell

Sean Russell is the co-founder of Full Quiver Services Ltd and has a passion for sport development. He is currently the swimming instructor for the Academy. His expertise is in Sports Development and sits on the Board as an Advisor for all sporting disciplines. His passion is to create Sporting Ambassadors and Champions from the Caribbean.
